Hello, I’m Season Schmitz and I have been an Independent Contractor with IBA Resources for over six years.  I love being able to assist people with reaching their goals. While working with IBA Resources, I have met many amazing people that are eager to work in our community.  I feel I listen to the wants and needs of the person I’m working with and do my best to find the best job match for my Job Seeker.  I really enjoy the work I do and plan to continue working with IBA Resources for many years.

In my free time, I enjoy doing many activities with my family including fostering dogs for Fetch and Foster Rescue and spending time at our cabin in Rhinelander.
