Renee Wiedmeyer
Renee has been a Certified Work Incentive Counselor and Benefits Analyst since 2013. As a partner with the Social Security Administration, Renee is trained to counsel individuals regarding benefits and how they would be affected by wages.
Outside of work, Renee likes to play board games and travel throughout the U.S. She also cares for her fluffy and naughty cats.
Season Schmitz
Season has been an Independent Contractor with IBA Resources since 2015. As a Certified Employment Support Professional, she encourages independence and allows job seekers to advocate for themselves while pursuing community employment.
In her free time, Season fosters rescue dogs, rehabilitates them, and assists with finding their perfect home.
Jamie Potter
A native of the Wausau area, Jamie pursued her education in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and has cultivated a career in sales, recruiting, and human resources. Since 2017, she has been dedicated to her role as an Employment Support Professional, becoming certified in 2019. Jamie focuses on building strong relationships and empowering job seekers to achieve their career goals to lead fulfilling lives.
Jamie is an Area Ambassador for the Wausau Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Central WI Society for Human Resource Management (CWSHRM), reflecting her commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
Beyond her career, Jamie cherishes time with her two grown sons and their families, as well as baking and cooking.
Katie Kuivinen
As an Employment Support Professional, Katie works diligently with youth and adults to build their resumes and job skills to find a job fit that suits their individualized career goals as well as those of the employers in our community.
Katie has a young family that includes her husband, daughter, son, and two fur babies, Charlie and Lola. Katie also owns and operates Love Never Fails Photography.
Dave Huss
Dave has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater in Secondary Education. He taught and coached at Edgar School District for 12 years before joining the IBA Resources team. Dave is passionate about helping job seekers combine their skills and aspirations to meet employment opportunities in the Wausau area and surrounding communities.
Dave loves spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams and enjoys fishing, gardening, board games, and reading historical non-fiction.
Katrina Adsit
Katrina earned her bachelors degree in Sociology from UW Stevens Point and spent several years working in case management at a local MCO before joining the IBA Resources team in 2023.
Katrina is passionate about connecting individuals to their communities by matching their skills, strengths, and interests with potential employment opportunities.
When she’s not working, Katrina enjoys kayaking, paddleboarding, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, dogs, cats, and chickens!
Leanne Matz
Leanne considers herself an eternal optimist. She is passionate about developing great relationships with the local community. She is an advocate for people of all ages coming from diverse backgrounds to meet their employment goals.
In 2024, Leanne joined the IBA Resources team as an Employment Support Professional following years of working in the medical profession and 7 years in a local school district.
Leanne enjoys playing trivia, traveling with family, camping, and exploring theme parks. She loves all seasons that Wisconsin has to offer…and cheese curds!
Amber Zajichek
Amber comes to the IBA Resources team after gaining significant experience as a Special Education Teacher. She also has experience working with people of varying ages and abilities, teaching daily living skills in community-based settings.
Amber is a firm believer in supporting individual job seeker needs and fostering independence throughout all aspects of their lives.
Outside of work, Amber spends time with her husband, friends, and dogs hiking, rollerblading, and participating in sports. She also enjoys jet-skiing, reading, and playing video games.
Nancy Dodson
Nancy is the IBA Resources liaison for all of our bookkeeping needs. She brings 12 years of accounting and office management experience with her.
Nancy grew up in the Marathon area. She has two grown children and one granddaughter. Her hobbies include reading, crafting, and kayaking.
Becky Hebda
Becky is the Director of IBA Resources. She has over 25 years of experience as a leader and fierce advocate for the differently-abled. Becky attended UW-Oshkosh, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and UW- Madison where she earned her Advanced Case Management Certificate.
In her free time, Becky enjoys working on craft projects and puzzles, traveling, and spending time with her husband & fur baby on the pontoon. She is also a volunteer for multiple causes.
