Renee Wiedmeyer
Renee has been a Certified Work Incentive Counselor and Benefits Analyst since 2013. As a partner with the Social Security Administration, Renee is trained and certified to counsel individuals regarding benefits and how they would be affected by wages.
Outside of work, Renee likes to play board games and travel throughout the U.S. She also cares for her two fluffy and naughty cats.


Season Schmitz
Season has been an Independent Contractor with IBA Resources since 2015. As a Certified Employment Specialist, she encourages independence and allows job seekers to advocate for themselves while pursuing community employment.
In her free time, Season fosters rescue dogs, rehabilitates them, and assists with finding their perfect home.
Jamie Potter
Jamie was born and raised in the Wausau area and attended college in Grand Rapids, Iowa. She has held a variety of positions in sales, recruiting, and Human Resources. Her goals as a Certified Employment Specialist include forging relationships and assisting job seekers to live their best lives.
Jamie is the proud mother of two grown sons. Her passions include baking artisan bread and making world-class peanut brittle!


Katie Schanen
As an Employment Specialist, Katie works diligently with transition-aged youth to build their resumes and job skills to ultimately find them a job that suits their individualized career goals.
Katie has a young family that includes a daughter and two fur babies, Charlie and Lola. She also owns and operates her own photography business.
Shania Willette
Shania has a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with a concentration in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She was born and raised on a small hobby farm in western Minnesota. Shania works with job seekers to help them to find employment that matches their goals and passions while creating a more purposeful life for themselves.
In her free time, Shania enjoys spending time outdoors with her two rescue dogs. They enjoy hiking, camping, geocaching, and fishing. Shania’s interests include spending time with family and friends, traveling, cheering on the Brewers, and watching scary movies.


David Huss
David has a bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater in Secondary Education and served as a teacher for the Edgar School District for 12 years. David is passionate about helping job seekers combine their skills and aspirations with career opportunities in the Wausau area and surrounding communities.
The IBA Resources is partnering with David to create advocacy and empowerment programming to enhance financial literacy skills to help job seekers live their own “rich lives”!
David loves spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports teams and enjoys fishing, gardening, board games, and reading historical non-fiction.

Becky Hebda
Becky is the Director of IBA Resources. She has over 20 years of experience as a leader and advocate for the differently-abled. Becky attended UW-Oshkosh where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, earned her Advanced Case Management Certificate from UW-Madison, and is a Certified Employment Support Professional.
ln her free time, she enjoys traveling, working on sewing projects and puzzles, and spending time with her husband and fur babies on their pontoon.
Kristin Rogers
Kristin serves as the bookkeeper for IBA Resources. She grew up in Wisconsin attending DC Everest High School and UW-Oshkosh where she majored in Accounting. Kristin spent many years living in the Wisconsin Northwoods before moving to Texas in 2020.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys hunting and fishing and any activities that allow her to spend time with her fiancé Trav and three daughters. Game nights are the best! They also have one furry (or not so furry) family member, “Sphynx” who likes to cause mayhem!
