Lee
Lee is loving his position at Odyssey School within the DC Everest School District. He works as a custodial service assistant. Lee gets in lots of daily steps by completing the vacuuming of the entire building as well as many other tasks. Lee reports that his favorite part of the day is seeing all of the artwork and unique decorations that the students have on display. He is looking forward to a long career with the school district!
Ashley
Ashley joined Aspirus Wausau Hospital in 2024 as part of the Environmental Services (EVS) team. She brought her experience in cleaning and sanitation and embraced the challenge of adapting to Aspirus’ specialized cleaning protocols and familiarizing herself with the hospital’s complex layout, including its numerous hallways, rooms, and departments.
Although the transition was initially challenging, Ashley’s determination and dedication allowed her to excel. Today, she not only expertly maintains her assigned areas, but also assists visitors by guiding them to their destinations.
Ashley takes great pride as an EVS team member and makes a positive impact every day.
Michaela
Michaela is working as a Clothing Sales Associate at Sportsman’s Warehouse in Rib Mountain. Her role is to assist with organizing clothing, ensuring the department is looking terrific, and providing excellent customer service. She states that her job is going “GREAT”!
Ken
Ken started as a dishwasher and kitchen aide at Richard’s Restaurant and Bar in July 2023. In Ken’s opinion, the people are what makes Richard’s such a great place to work…and the tasty food!
Ken enjoys working with the kitchen team and helping them to make sure that everyone’s dining experience at Richard’s is first class.
Mollee
Mollee enjoys organizing and having a clean workstation which makes her job at Applebee’s the perfect fit for both her and her employer! Mollee assists with various tasks including folding silverware, preparing children’s menus, and sanitizing menus. Mollee looks forward to working each shift and shares many laughs and smiles with her coworkers and customers!
Richard
Richard had his mind made up and knew exactly where he was interested in working and what position he wanted to apply for when he first met with the IBA Resources team. Since May 2018, Richard has been working at his dream job at Pizza Ranch!
Shawn
Shawn works at Fleet Farm in the automotive department. He has had a lifelong love of cars and this role fulfills his passion! Shawn also assists with bringing the carts in from outdoors.
Shawn truly has made an impact on customers with his great customer service skills and infectious smiles.
Noah
Noah shares his love for work co-workers and all of the customers who meet him daily at McDonald’s. His current duties include food delivery, dishes, and making french fries.
Noah shared that his favorite job at work is making fries!
Nick
Mason assisted Nick in securing what he describes as his “dream job” at Cedar Creek Cinema. He has been an usher since July 2021. He enjoys working with the customers and cinema staff stating that “they are always so nice” and he “feels excited when he walks into each theater.”
Nick radiates positive energy and enthusiasm for his work and takes immense pride in his role!
